Sound Drops in/out and a Loud Knocking Sound

I purchased about a week ago and immediately out of the box had issues. I purchased this to replace a LG sound bar that I bought 6 years ago that has the SAME issue. Sound continuously drops in and out. I was told a firmware update with the old sound bar would fix it it did not. I was then told buying the expansion surround sound speakers would fix it it did not. But this new sound bar as that issue and an additional issue. There is a loud knocking/popping sound in that happens frequently. Ive tried everything from unplugging and replugging moving it away from the router and nothing fixes it. I only purchased an LG sound bar because I have a LG TV but never again

This is the 2nd one Ive purchased - sub died

I purchased this product to use with a LGTV and the subwoofer died less than 2 years later. I thought perhaps it was a fluke and purchased another less than a year ago and the subwoofer has died as well. 0/10 and I am out several hundred dollars. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT

Subwoofer stopped working after a year

Subwoofer malfunctioned 2/15/2023

I was loving my sound system when I got it but after about a year the subwoofer started to malfunction and will not pair with my sound-bar at all. I contact support and there was nothing the technician could tell me to do that I wasnt already doing. Im very disappointed in this product model: sn5yand it seems that several other customers have had the same issues with the subwoofer after the same period of time.

Subwoofer stopped working

I was initially happy with the SN5Y for the quality sound it produced but a year after purchase I could no longer pair the subwoofer to the soundbar. I found many people with the exact same problem and despite following the recommended troubleshooting techniques the subwoofer will not work. I have multiple LG products which have all served me well until now. I would be very cautious buying this product.

Concert Quality Sound

I bought this product to go with an OLED 65 that I purchased earlier in the month. The sound from the TV was great but the addition of the sound bar made it absolutely phenomenal I dont usually listen to music channels but with this sound bar I cant resist. Its like the artist are in the room with you the same goes for movies and sporting events. Incredible

Bought this system 1/2021 and allready the sound woofer isnt working. Cant get it to work and your tech people cant help. Not impressed at all. Wont be buying another LG product though so far the 55 oled TV has performed well. In short the sound system is junk. Mr. Peloquin

The subwoofer stopped connections after a year. Its out of warranty so Im sure Im just out of luck. Its really upsetting because I bought two surround speaker modules to go with it and now that money is wasted too.

From target the wall mount was missing didnt want to deal with target can you send the wall mounts because the reason the wall mounts are missing because the wall mounts were stolen out of the box.
