I bought this to replace my old duet dryer that gave out. It's the match to our washing machine. Excellent quality, high capacity and lots of options. The lint trap is significantly better in design than other manufacturers and catches much more lint than any previous machine. Easy to clean and use.

The lint filter had one piece broken and the other piece cracked (about to get broken soon). And I've had this dryer for less than 1.5 years, light use (1-person household). It costs over 50 bucks to order it.

Love the dryer. I only have one opportunity for improvement. The lint catcher only does part of its requirement. When you open the dryer, you MUST clean the top of the lint catcher before unloading the dryer. Not all the lint makes its way into the lint catcher

My old dryer was perfectly fine but we were getting a new washer and wanted the set to match. This dryer is not very user friendly. Every single time I dry sheets they come out in a twisted bundle and still not completely dry. I know it takes some time to get used to something new but it has been over a month and I am so disappointed. We donated our old dryer and I wish I could get it back.

Overall, the dryer is great!. It's quiet, large enough for our biggest loads including comforters (the big thick ones), and dries well. The auto sensing and some of the drying preset do not seem to get th clothes completely dry. We usually have to resort to just setting the heat and drying time manually.

This is my first GE product and I am very satisfied with it. I have no issues so far but we just got them so we will see. Usually I start seeing issues 5 years in so I hope this product does good. over all its a great dryer lots of features and different options to dry I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

It dries most clothes completely, Occasionally it leaves some items slightly damp. This model is quiet during operation but not feature rich and the price reflects that. If you are looking for the high-end features there are other models available for hundreds of dollars more.

This GE gas dryer was purchased brand new from a local Home Depot. We received it a week later with free delivery. Hooked it up, did a test wash and dry. On the second dry, the dryer motor is running but the drum isn't spinning.

Our only concern is the pointed track in front of the dryer filter which catches clothes with a number of clothes remaining stuck there while the remainder of the load tumbles.

While it was a bugger to convert to propane orafices, once done, the dryer performs like a champ! It is easy on the clothes, and does not cause so much pilling of synthetics we in other dryers. Runs quietly too!
It lines up perfectly with the matching front load washer, making it easy to transfer clothes into it from our GE washer. Put them both on a 15" pedestal with drawer, and then you do not need to bend over much while doing the work!
All around excellent quality and features!
