Great dryer with a ton of features including wifi communications with washer & phone but so far I have only used Quick Dry & Delicates settings. Picked up some wool dryer balls at Walmart & was amazed they work as fabric softener and faster drying aid. Supposed to be good for 500 cycles. We shall see.

Adequate drier. We have had it less than a week and it seems to be properly drying the clothes. The first time they were still a little damp but after running it again the clothes seemed dry. In subsequent drying sessions it has dried clothes on first attempt. Clothes maybe more shrunk than past driers but not sure if that is my imagination or the drier. At any rate I would recommend this drier.

I received the washer and dryer brand new, and I tired to connect using the SmartHQ smart but wasn't able to because the passwords were not on the labels. I called the service desk and they could not locate them either which lead to a service call. What happened to the quality check on these machines? I wanted to use what I paid for right away and not wait on a service call.
The washer vibrates badly!

I bought this dryer in Feb of 2022. In April it started acting up. In May, it completely stopped working. I had purchased the "extended warranty" from the big box home supply store so I figured I was good to go and could just get a replacement unit right away, but guess what- this is still under the manufacturer warranty because it's less than a year old. So GE insists on fixing this piece of junk instead of replacing it. GE sends out some local "repair man" who literally spends less than 3 minutes troubleshooting, tells me there's nothing wrong with it and leaves. This machine won't even power on and this supposedly "certified technician" says there's nothing wrong with it. 2 months later and I still have this 100% non-functioning, won't turn on, very expensive, 4 month old dryer sitting in my laundry room and can get no help from anyone.
And if you're curious, I bought the matching set that includes the washer, and it's also already falling apart. The door is broken with less than 4 months of use.
Save yourself a lot of headache and don't buy GE. I'm so disappointed. What horrible customer service.

Quality of a tin can….noisy and the door is impossible to open and requires a very hard slam (extremely noisy) to close. Strange heat settings…No Heat, High Heat and 2 levels in between…the level just above No Heat is cold, not sure what No Heat is. Believe the negative reviews and move on.

never did i think that your dryer could connect to your washer, through wifi. i havent set it up yet but the feature is super cool. out the box its a solid unit and it has a light on the inside of the drum( the wife was super impressed ). very satisfied with my purchase.
