We replaced our Wolf double oven in 2019 with the Bosch 800 series double oven. The top oven does not consistently heat up. I will put something in the oven and a half hour later it still hasn't heated. I wished I had not wasted my money on this oven. I cook and bake a lot and it does not perform well at all. Do not buy.

It seems to do everything really well. Its nice to have convection as well as a probe. I wish the alarm/timer was louder. I have it turned as high as it will go and its still pretty ute.

Received the 800 series. Wonderful quality. I had a double oven in my last home, so it is easy to compare. The touch controls are very sensitive when I am cleaning the outside, but after 1 month, I have adjusted. Easy to set up temp, time, delay and probe. When the probe reaches the temperature you pre set, the oven shuts off and beeps. I love the sturdy moving rack, so I do not have to reach into the hot oven. Quality is wonderful. When self cleaning in my prior oven, I needed to remove the rack holders inside the oven, wheich I then broke a light. In my Bosch oven, I only remove the actual racks. I am very happy and expect many years of worry free use.

Total upgrade of our kitchen...we went from a free standing gas iven, to the Bosch Double Oven. It easily doubled our oven capacity, is much cleaner and efficient. We really like the operating controls and the time for preheating is very rapid. So glad we went woth the Boach Double Oven. We anticipate decades of excellence in cooking!

I read the instruction Manuel and followed the instructions regarding rack placement and cooking choices. Everything comes out amazing from proofing pizza dough to baking pies to roasting chicken. My food is moist and tender and perfectly cooked. I love these ovens

Oven is easy to use. The only problem I have is reaching into top oven. I can't reach. I have to put pans in and out from side. Oven door is much bigger than my old Bosch. Therefore arm reach is longer. I'm not sure why they did this.

Bought a new 30" double oven and within a few months we started having problems with it. Contacted Bosch and we have gotten nowhere!!! Long story, short... Over a year and a half later they have still not made good on coming out to fix our oven. I will never buy Bosch again and I will certainly NOT recommend Bosch to anyone again!!!!

Bosch is my go-to appliance company because I always know I'm going to get quality materials, construction, and performance. My double wall oven was no exception. There are lots of bells and whistles, though there is one missing. With two ovens, you need two timers and this appliance has only one. It also has an alarm that, at its loudest, is not loud enough for me to hear it one room away. And finally, can you believe after paying $$$, they no longer include a broiler pan?? Not very classy! But if you want an oven you can depend on, this is it.

A very nice looking oven that heats to temperature very quickly and cooks evenly. The oven has all the basic features but does not have internet type features that some of the other brand ovens have at this price point. Overall a very good oven and good quality workmanship.

I haven't had my oven very long but so far I am loving this oven. As with at new appliances you have to get use to its functions. I haven't taken the time to read the manual so I haven't tried out the convection feature yet. I do like the fast preheat feature though! Heat seems to be evenly distributed as no hot spots have been noticed. Highly recommend.

We spent over $3,500 for this oven from Lowes, and could not be more disappointed. There appears to be issues with the heating elements and in our case (and others), the oven takes forever to preheat. We're not wishing we had bought another brand/oven with 'normal' pre-heat times. This oven even offers a Fast Pre-Heat setting, which doesn't help or seem to make a difference in the pre-heat time.

I have a bosch 800 series double wall oven that I purchased two years ago. Within one year I had extensive hairline fractures on the bottom of each oven. At about 18 months, the finish started chipping out which exposes the metal below. The exposed metal is now corroding. I filed a case with bosch and their answer has been that they will not replace the unit. Per management: "hairline fractures are expected...". Don't pay premium for a non-premium product.

I have alway's had warming drawers to keep dishes prepared and warm. Now with our new oven I don't need a warming drawer because of the warmer built into the oven! Great feature.

- looks great
Cons:
- control panel heats up during oven cool down
- pre heat is slow unless you turn on rapid pre heat mode. I assume regular use of this is detrimental to the life of the product.

Love this (these) oven (s)! Easy to operate, understand functions. Efficent pre-heat and accurate temps. Had to replace a more expensive brand double oven after a year of warranty issues. This Bosch unit lives up to its name. I have other Bosch tools and appliances that have been awesome and trouble-free, I anticipate this model keeps up their reputation for quality and reliability.

I love being able to cook at two different temperature at the same time. Telescopic rack and internal thermometer are great accessories which are now necessary for me. Bosch has totally stepped up their products.

I bought this double wall oven to replace the one I had been using since I built my house. That was eighteen years ago and it was a Bosch
also. Served me and my family well for eighteen years. Tried to replace it with a new one as close to the original as possible. The replacement is more beautiful and has more functions than the original. Love it.
