Bosch does not provide spare parts for products

My wife and I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Bosch trying to replace the drain hose for this washer. After shipping (and charging us) for the wrong part, the last representative told us that Bosch had no intention of restocking the part and that we should feel lucky we had 13 years of service from it. Literally, Bosch is OK with a perfectly good appliance being discarded (landfill most likely) because they are unwilling to stock basic, consummable parts. DO NOT BUY BOSCH
