The refrigerator is great. Ordering directly was very smooth. HOWEVER YOUR DELIVERY PARTNERS WERE NOT GOOD IN ANY SENSE. ORIGINALLY THEY WANTED TO DELIVER IT 2 WEEKS AFTER YOUR PROMISED DELIVERY DATE. AFTER ARGUING WITH THEM THEY FINALLY AGREED TO BRING ON THE 19TH. THEY APPARENTLY THOUGH SUBBED OUT THE DELIVERY. THE DRIVERS ARRIVED WITHOUT ANY TOOLS. MY HUSBAND HAD TO GIVE THEM TOOLS TO USE. ONE OF THE 2 GUYS STAYED ON HIS PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. THE ONLY THING HE DID WAS TO GET DIRTY HAND PRINTS ON NEWLY PAINTED WALLS. THEY DENTED SHEETROCK AND SCRATCHED HARDWOOD FLOORS IN SEVERAL PLACES. PHOTOS CAN BE PROVIDED. THE DELIVERY TOOK SEVERAL HOURS AND COMPLETELY RUINED THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

This is an awesome fridge. My only complaint is that the icemaker keeps getting jammed up all the time. When this happens you need to take out the ice holder dump the ice into a bowl and un jamb the ice stuck in the auger. They should really work on a fix for this and offer it to all customers that have this model fridge

The refrigerator had a small dent in the front door that I didnt notice immediately because I was busy helping a friend who recently had a stroke. Reporting the dent required 3 telephone calls over two hours submitting photos and proof of purchase before the last call resulted in being told that i hadnt reported the dent ion the required 48 hours. I was told that it would be covered by the Premium warranty I had purchased and given a telephone number that didnt work. I spoke to Premium warranty and was told that coverage didnt become effective until after the one year LG warranty. I have been lied to and wasted several frustrating hours talking to customer service.

Something to let me know that he wont be able to work on my unit because my unit had insects That I had a call the third-party warranty no one had ever informed me about this. This guy is refusing to work on my machine. I believe that the insects have nothing to do with the damage I refrigerator has. I need a solution not a complain

We bought this refrigerator about 6 weeks ago. The large square footage has provided us with ample room. The only complaint I have is the non adjustable shelves in the refrigerator side. There have been bottles taller than the heights between shelves allowed. This doesnt occur on the freezer side. I particularly like the ice crusher on the freezer side. It is used several times in the course of a day.

Received refrigerator with a major flaw

I purchased this about a month ago for a vacation rental property because wed been getting complaints with regard to our old refrigerator. Fortunately we visited our property within about a week from when the refrigerator was delivered. We found the ice maker wasnt producing ice as we had expected. I contacted LG and they sent a repairman to check it out within a couple days. He determined the compressor was not functioning properly and scheduled a time to return and replace the compressor. It has been replaced and the refrigerator is operating as I had originally expected it should. I am disappointed that I had to take time out of my vacation to deal with such a major issue on a brand new refrigerator. Im hopeful this will be the only repair for several years. I have purchased primarily because LG has received high ratings from Consumer Reports. The service was relatively prompt and handled by professionals.

Actual model # LLSDS2706S /00 - is not available on your pull down menu for this review. The door in door is a nice feature which is practical and we enjoy. There is a lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. I have not found the print proof stainless steel to be accurate as advertised. I found the water dispensed to be warm and very little chilled if any. Even lowering both temperatures refrigerator/freezer did nothing to make the water dispensed colder. I would have liked to be able to order this model in the black stainless steel to match the LG dishwasher I purchased. My biggest problem was with your vendor Lowes it took three deliveries to get an undamaged unit delivered and hooked up. Their store representatives customer service and delivery department did not do justice for your product. I found their assistance and attitude to be almost useless. I almost gave up on your product and started researching alternative choices from different manufactures and vendors.

The taste of the water and ice coming from the dispenser was absolutely horrible coming from my refrigerator which is less than a month old. I had flushed the system more than twice the recommended amount and yet the taste appeared to get worse so I called in to your customer service department. I spoke with someone that demanded a picture of the filter in the machine which I could understand if the appliance was not new but this as I said was not even a month old installed by the builders of my home. After he verified the filter he wanted me to pull the refrigerator out from the wall to see how it was connected. Really?? No other faucets tasted this way. He said it needed to be looked at by installers and quoted me a page 13. The plumber was at my place the next morning with me telling him what had transpired. and read his page 13 and said it had nothing to do with this issue. So I took my own advice that I suggested to the LG rep that perhaps a new filter would correct the issue. I ordered one on Amazon installed it and voila I fixed it.

I bought this fridge a little over a year ago. The freezer gets all of this frosty layer inside. Now it has stopped making ice. The ice tray had ice but wouldnt tip. Got the ice out of the tray in case it was frozen shut and couldnt tip. Ice out and dried the tray and still wont dump.

In usually love LG products especially their tvs. However Im somewhat disappointed in this refrigerator. This has an indoor automatic ice maker. It has failed. Fortunately its still under warranty but this should not fail after only two years. First time I called customer service for some help with it she wasnt much help and ended up telling me that I needed to call a repair man out to the house. Thought Id try again and got a very nice young man that patiently walked me through some necessary steps to fixing the problem its not making ice cubes. He tried helping me fior quite a long time but nothing helped. He finally told me they would be sending me a whole new ice maker and it was still under warranty. As of this date I still havent received it to install and see if that corrects the problem.

the model # listed on my ref is LLSDS2706 this model is not listed under model #s. The LRS model looks exactly like the one we purchased. The crisper drawers and the freezer draw is poorly design for seniors you should be able to open the drawers from the top rather than the bottom. the delivery guys did not level the refrigerator/freezer as one door is about 1/4 higher than the other plus they never hooked up the water line I recently had lower back surgery and this put a strain on my back hooking up the water line the doors are not leveled yet

The refrigerator was delivered and connected. It kept locking out the ice/water selector and would not make ice. When the repairman came he found the rear cover dented and the fan not working. Instead of replacing the fan he cut the lower bracket of the fan. I dont know if this affects the fan integrity. He said he saw the same problem the week before. The refrigerator is working now but for how long?

The fridge is not keeping anything fresh. Milk spoils faster than its expiration date. Fruits and vegetables are rotting quickly. I put in a request for warranty service. My refrigerator purchased and delivered in November 23 began omitting a smell which we believe is freon. I requested service through their website because as a teacher I cannot call for service due to the working hours. That was in April. Its been three weeks and still no response.

So far I like the refrigerator. We have had it for about two weeks so time will tell. The one downside is that the water dispenser makes a good bit of noise when disengaging with the water dispenser. It is smaller in terms of profile than the last fridge.

We keep this fridge inside our kitchen and after just 2 years rust has formed all around the water dispenser and the handle beneath it. I tried to get service from LG and Best Buy and both said thats normal wear and tear and would not fix it under warranty.

Doesnt keep food fresh It was missing a filter and Ive call several times with the promise a replacement filter was being mailed about 3 months ago. The food just keeps spoiling Worst decision ever LG has yet to make it right

Just got this fridge delivered today. I really like how it looks and the layout of the interior. But one big problem is it seems to have a lean to it. There doesnt seem to be any way to adjust the rear wheels. The installer blamed our floor and gave up and left. We didnt have this problem with our old fridge. Even if my floor isnt completely flat there should still be a way to adjust. No matter what I do I cant get it to be level and square to the cabinet opening. I measured and the back right edge is about a 1/4 higher than the left. Did I get a bad unit thats off kilter? I shouldnt have to be shimming the back wheels to get this thing to sit right. Ive tried every possible combo of adjusting the front feet. Im about ready to send it back to Costco.

Ive had this fridge for a bit now and really like almost everything about it. Here are the main great points: -The water dispenser is large so fits a big Stanley or Yeti cup. -There is SO much room in both the fridge and freezer. I havent had a side by side before but the additional freezer room means we dont have to buy an extra freezer. -Because its a side by side you can see everything in the fridge. I can organize better because one whole shelf can be beverages one whole shelf can be my husbands vegan and the next shelf can be my dairy / meat. -The look is sleek without handles. It takes a bit to get used to opening it with the under handles but I like the look better than handles. -the water tastes great Here are the downsides which arent really but could be improved: -The ice doesnt come out nicely cut. It is messy as its coming out and doesnt look like well cut ice for drinks etc. -The water dispenser has a small spout so its not very fast. I get impatient filling my Stanley mug - it takes a bit

I bought this frigerator about 6 months ago very disappointed I set the temp to 33 degrees and it at best goes down to 37 Ive delt with Best Buy about this this problem and they told me that is what should be expected the door closes way to fast and Ive set up 4 appointments 3 of them have been canceled waiting on the 4th now if whats expected is 37 to 42 degrees that should be what the setting is

I love the design looks of the refrigerator. Just wish everything worked on day 1 when installed. Took 2 days to get ice ice making still waiting to get my water fixed out the door. Took a week to get LG to get service to come to my home over a hour in over the phone that was same thing with LG online help. At this time been over a month still waiting on parts my next service to have a full working refrigerator as I should have had as day 1.

We had a problem with a competitors refrigerator Icemaker broke we debated on replacing the part but decided to stop at Grand appliance in Genesee Wisconsin and check out refrigerators upon browsing we came upon the LG refrigerator and the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to purchase the LG and Ive had the refrigerator for approximately one month. We are very pleased with the product.

I have several LG products and sad to say the refridgeerator i bought was very low grade. The unit i bought could NOT adjust the doors properly after several attempts and finally was told to have lg replace it. ALL LG cared about was i didnt buy it from them directly go back to place of purchase.
