The controller failed within 2yrs of purchasing the unit and LG abandoned its customers by discontinuing the part AGL77376916. I have no choice but to replace the entire tower. Cant believe theyre still selling this model. I will not buy LG again.

I was a little leery about this smart appliance and would have liked to have something similar but a little dumber. I didnt want to pay for that particular whistle. The capacity of both washer and dryer is huge--again more than our household needs. But it cleans well and adjusts the length of the cycle even as the unit is operating. I appreciate its low impact on the environment. My main complaint is that quite a few of the default settings cannot be changed ostensibly to reduce wear and tear on the items being washed/dried. Thats very frustrating. Customer support has been outstanding however.

I have done two loads so far. First one was a larger load barely wet when I took the clothes out. Several areas not wet at all. I am concerned this doesnt work well. Other load was very small seemed as though everything was wet as it hoyld be when i took it out.

I regret this purchase so much. I feel like this machine costs me so money to try and keep stink free. This is a terrible design keeps the drain water in the bottom. Once a week you have to run a washing machine cleaner through it and then a laundry sanitizer and then get on the floor to empty the drain. It still stinks.

Took too much time. Multiple trips and major frustration because every time we call LG we have to start from scratch explaining the issues. When the repair work was being performed the technician had an extremely hard time installing the washer seal due to what he described as bad design he was forced to use his screw driver to jam and force the retaining wire ring with a spring to get it in place. I am 100 sure NEW damage was caused by this process and will not be surprised if the seal is still intact.

Buying directly from LG is a disaster read other negative reviews. The main issue is LG relationship with the service provider they use to deliver and install. If something gorws wrong they both point the finger at each other. Overall I was without a washer/dryer for 4 weeks. Three delivery company refuses to stay to ensure the unit works. If you want to buy this machine do it through a well known company the handles install and returns best buy home depot Abt Lowes etc. Im still getting ventilation error codes got the dryer which I think is from a rushed install job with lack of testing. 2023 Timeline 9/12 - ordered 9/18 - delivered 9/19 - confirmed not working 9/26 - technician confirmed bad 10/2 - replacement canceled . . . 10/16 - delivered with confusion. Tried to charge for delivery again

Amazing Unit Washing Drying Made So Easy

The initial delivery was a bust since the unit arrived severely damaged but thankfully the second time was a success. This unit is so quiet whether you are washing drying or using both at the same time. It is efficient with energy and water usage too which is great for the environment. I love being able to check on the cycles via the LG ThinQ app so I know how much time remains per cycle. The other notifications via the app are so helpful too like when you have reached 30 wash cycles so it is time to clean the tub. This unit and its accompanying app really make doing laundry a super simple task. The only downside with using the unit so far was during the initial cleaning of the tub because I had to contact the LG support team via Facebook Messenger since holding that specific touchscreen button down for three seconds was not enough to start the cleaning cycle. I needed to hold it longer. And I have contacted the LG support team a number of times for other questions and they have been incredibly helpful each time. LG products and their support team are fantastic

I have had my new LG washer dryer tower for about six weeks. I am obsessed with it in a way that I never expected to be obsessed with any type of appliance. For one thing it is absolutely beautiful. Not clunky like most washers and dryers are. But most importantly it does an excellent job of washing and drying my clothes. However a very important feature of it is that it was sensitive enough to recognize that my outdoor dryer vent was dangerously clogged up. Because of its sensors I was able to get the vent cleaned out and use the dryer safely. After that I was able to dry a fitted king size sheet in 16 minutes. Im very happy with both the cleanliness of my clothing and how efficient the tower is in both Washing and Drying laundry. Both LG and Costco customer service were great from in helping me identify and resolve the venting issue.

This unit work great. However there are a couple of issues that I have with it. First the washing machine door does not close as easy as it did at the stores all stores - so it is not a worn out door lock. You really have to slam it to lock it. The service person told me it is supposed to be this way. I dont agree with that. Whatever. The Wi-Fi connection is on and off and the remote start turns on and off. So I cant use the feature. Needs improvement

We are very pleased with our LG stackable washer and dryer. My only complaints are 1 the washer part of the mashine is rather low and its not easy for me to get down and get everything out and 2 the wifi part is hard to set up. That just might be me though. But if you have trouble bending over back issues this may not be the machine for you. But again I do love my machines and they work wonderfully My clothes come out looking great and smelling fresh I would totally reccomend this stackable set. It is also estecally pleasing and looks great in our kitchen with our other stainless steal looking appliances.

I have very bad experience with LG they have worth customer service they dont hear peoples problems. I got cut machine in January 7 so deliver it from Home Depot till January 14 since January 14 till February 27 I could not get any help I already was trying to go to the police and somehow definition came up. I really dont know how long its going to be bought this machine I was asking them to replace said Say was telling me from customer service single replace it. Once definition of you tell time is of the smashing into that place in technician came and I ask it he said see your liars supposed to be changed because I did told them but they did not care so Ill just divorce company

It will fit perfectly in the guest house We dont have 240 V power right now and needed a washer/dryer solution while we live on the property while our house is built. This solution was perfect for us. We had the unit converted from natural gas to propane. We live in a beautiful yet remote location. It works so well is compact and does an amazing job. Warranty repair nightmare

Bought this in May of last year. Six months later washer started to leak. Absolute nightmare to get a repairman out here. Rescheduled on me at least three times. Took my door off to repair washer and now door wont close.

The washer and dryer work very well. No complaints. The washer is a bit noisy during the spin cycle. The overall unit as expected is very heavy and hard to maneuver if you have to access the rear of it for any reason.
