So I downloaded the LG ThinQ app and use that instead which is way easier though the setup was a bit confusing. But now that I have everything set as I like its great

Machine works well for our needs. It will be better when we get the pedestals next month We have had laundry equipment on pedestals for over a decade we are tall people so it has been less than comfortable to touch our toes to do laundry.

The installation process was very easy and thanks to Costco The washing cycle time is very impressive less than 30 min for normal. The washer has performed perfectly from day one It has a very large capacity stainless-steel tub so big loads are not a problem. Plus TurboWash gets them done fast. The tempered glass doors give it a really nice look too. It has loads of settings - half load delicates bright whites towels allergiene etc. And it sends a text to our phones when the load is done. We are very happy with our purchase
