i received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. As the title shows the shows this is the brightest TV i have ever had the pleasure of seeing but more on that later. First the build. This TV is solid with an all aluminum build. It makes it very heavy but that is exactly what you want if it is to be mounted in on open area. The inputs section has a rubber plate covering it with grummets that takes cable management to the next level. Even grummets that are not in use have rubber plugs to prevent water from getting in. All these makes it very clean and pretty when installed. Overall solid and build. Now the screen. I got the 75 inch and its beautiful. It gets very bright, and i mean really brighten detail is ever lost even in direct sunlight. It has very good viewing angles too. No issues seeing content where ever you sit.it is not oled but blacks are very deep. The software it runs (Samsung Tizen) is very fast. it has so many features and any app you can think of. Streaming is fun and i have not experienced any lagging since i started using it. Wireless casting from any device is smooth. it even has picture-in-picture (pip) when casting from an android device. The multi view feature allows you to even display cast screens side by side. Gaming is fun on this tv. It can do 4k at 120fps.It is very smooth. The tv automatically determines the connected console and switches to the input which is convenient. Gaming mode automatically switches on. I can go on and on about this TV but the truth is its incredible. It is a true outdoor tv and can also be installed in a bright room. wonderful engineering.

We recently moved to a new house and my husband wanted to set up the garage so he could have his friends come over to watch sports. This was a great investment and addition to our garage. He was very excited when he found out I purchased this for him. The TV is built really well to handle the reflections of the outdoors with the design of the screen with the anti-glare and also providing a very bright picture. Hookup was easy, but it takes two people to hang the tv. This set is quite heavy at over 100 lbs and you can feel how sturdy it is. The view is great from all sides. The screen is the brightest available as outdoors the sunlight can be very bright. , I have no hesitation recommending the Samsung Terrace. I received this TV set at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback.

This television has really helped us create the outdoor hangout space our family needed. The QLED 4k quality always delivers a bright and clear picture, no matter how bright the sun is shinning. The anti-reflection screen is important for seeing the television too and ensures we can see our shows and movies any time of day. The adaptive picture feature also adjust the brightness as the weather changes, so we never miss a moment of what we are watching. While its covered under the patio roof, the IP55 rating is helping to keep it safe from the weather, which changes regularly between sunny, rainy, and snowy. The Smart TV features let us connect to all of our streaming services, like Netflix and Disney+, so we can watch our favorite shows and movies anytime. My family's outdoor hang out time has really increased since we got this TV. We love watching movies, TV shows, and listening to music from our favorite streaming services using the Smart TV feature. When I first received the information on this TV I was a bit skeptical about it's performance. I did additional research on the TV and was happy with the 4K & QLED specifications as well as its ability to handle bright Sunlight, which is general constant for us 9 months out of the year. I was somewhat familiar with the Samsung HDTVs as my Daughter purchased one last year, and has been happy with it as will. My Wife loves the Built-in APPS and TV Stations that comes with it. The Waterproof Remote is easy to figure out and use. I was a little bit concerned with it's condition, as the box it was in was damaged in transit, but it seems to fair well traveling halfway across the US. However, II was not happy with the fact that Samsung didn't ship the Wall-Mount unit, so I had to buy one even after asking why it wasn't included without any responses, which makes me wonder about their support. Thus, I decided to place mine inside my Living Room were we get constant sunlight. The setup was easy and went with out a hitch, I am glad I also got the Sound Bar, as the built-in speakers are dual and monolithic. I can't believe how good the picture is and how easy it is to control with either the remote or the APP on my phone. All of the menus are very intuitive and easy to use. Wife convinced me to pull the trigger on the 75" Samsung Terrace TV for our new outdoor patio and frankly I couldn't be happier with this choice. The television has an immaculate image and refresh rate that it's become the jewel of the backyard. I was a bit nervous on placing the television outdoors but after opening the box I realized the rear panel has a weatherproof cover that protects the connections. We paired the Television with the sound bar and they both look elegant with the flush mount purchased from the Samsung website. The season for football is upon us and our neighbors love coming over to watch the game outdoors while we enjoy the fall weather. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. The Samsung Terrace television and soundbar are welcome additions to my patio. I was skeptical that the TV could handle the elements and lighting outdoors, but I have quickly learned this thing is GREAT! The TV is built really well to handle the reflections of the outdoors with the design of the screen with the anti-glare and also providing a very bright picture. At this point we have mainly watched sports with the NFL and college football just starting up. I have not noticed any blur or jitters like some indoor televisions often experience. The picture quality is smooth and vibrant. All in all, I would highly recommend the Samsung Terrace tv and soundbar to anyone looking to kick up their outdoor entertaining experience.

The Powerhouse Televsion

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. First, I was completely skeptical about a tv that's made to handle the outdoor elements while providing a quality experience. After initial set up of a slightly heavier tv than an indoor tv, which is expected due to the build requirement to handle outdoor weather, it was quickly apparent that Samsung developed a quality product and removed any skepticism I had. After trying various tv feeds, the tv looked GREAT. I don't have mine set up in direct sunlight but it's not in complete shade either. The bright background was barely noticeable due to the brightness and clarity of the QLED and when I turned on a 4K feed, it wasn't noticed at all. This tv will be the family favorite since it allows us to enjoy the outdoors while watching our favorite shows. Since the elements in Colorado can sometimes be more than average due to elevation, we do intend to purchase a tv cover to use while it's not in use.

The tv came very well packaged with extra padding as it's heavier than normal 75inch tvs. We took our time and had the tv wall mounted with the recommended SAMSUNG WMN4277TT/ZA 2020 65" & 75" The Terrace Wall Mount. Setup was a breeze my Samsung phone had the smarthings app that recognized the tv and asked me my recommended viewing apps and told me I was ready to watch tv. 68 degrees with sunshine and I had 0 viewing problems this tv is plenty bright and features such intelligent mode with is Einstein for outdoor viewing automation. A handsome Metallic brushed water resistant Remote that James bond would be jealous of. We had options! Options galore!! Ambient mode that uses a picture of the surrounding wall and blends the tv with a look that makes it a chemilion, how fascinating. We are sure to enjoy our days and nights outdoors with this magnificent beauty. Samsung has made vast viewing angles and the brightest picture in any outdoor tv yet. For grilling days and campfire nights this is sure to entertain.

We just got this for our outdoor entertainment area and all I can say is wow! This tv is amazing! It has the brightest picture I've even seen on an outdoor tv and looks absolutely stunning. We have it hooked up with the matching outdoor sound at and the combination of the two puts our movie room to shame. solid colors, amazing surround sound, what more can you ask for? This tv is also weatherproof! It's dust and water resistant so a shower or some dust aren't going to hurt it unlike a regular tv. I'm also a fan of all the streaming options built right into the tv. I was able to connect our Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime and even Apple TV without any issues. I highly recommend this tv. Well worth the money for a worry free viewing experience. When I received the delivery of my new Samsung 75" Terrace TV it looked intimidating to install. Once I read the instructions and removed the packaging it was a simple install for my son and I. Setting up the TV was very easy once we made all of the simple connections. I just used my SmartThings app on my phone and it walked me through all the steps to set up the TV. The picture quality is amazing even in full sun. We watched some football on our patio and we stayed out until after dark as we were amazed at the picture quality and ease of use. So at the very beginning I want to say we used to install regular home TVs outside with friends in the past to watch some sports and the quality wasn't stunning but with the new Samsung The Terrace TV it is a huge difference. Although it is a partial sun the image is clearly visible in the sun. TV is really easy to set up and it's compatible with other Samsung devices. Finally we don't have to connect our laptops to TV to enjoy the shows. It is also worth mentioning how the place of power connection is secured. There is a box on the back of the TV, which is secured with screws and rubber blocks against rain and dust. Fantastic solution because you don't have to worry about the weather. As always, Samsung doesn't disappoint. The best product worth its price I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion

Perfect picture all the time

Wow. that was my first reaction to this absolutely amazing tv! The minute I powered it on and the picture showed up on the screen I knew I had picked a winner. We have been looking for a functional outdoor tv for a while and I'm so glad we ended up going with this Samsung. The picture is so much brighter than the old tv we had hung in this space. Add the anti glare coating and we now have a much more functional unit that we can see from all over the back porch, no more having to be in direct line of sight to enjoy a good picture! I also really like the fact this is a smart tv, it has all the apps we use to stream built right in, from the usual suspects like Hulu, Netflix and prime, to Apple TV and Disney +. I don't need a separate box to handle all my shows anymore. The tv also has airplay 2 built in so I can also stream video directly from my phone. Speakers are ok, we have this paired with the matching outdoor sounder and it's amazing, we have surround sound available for our outdoor entertaining! The unit is also IP55 rated so it is water and dust resistant. We have the accessory cover added to help protect from the elements but so far all good. When my wife told me that she had bought a new Samsung Terrace 75 "TV and soundbar, I was moderately convinced. After all, why do we need such a TV outside when we have a TV at home. I was completely wrong. When we installed the hardware - which turned out to be child's play, I was very surprised at the picture quality that Samsung showed. The installation itself went smoothly and the connection was very intuitive. Even if you are not an electronic genius, Samsung will tell you step by step what to do. Tv is very heavy but it must be properly protected against the weather. The solid protection of the cables only confirms that you should not worry that it is raining at all. The picture quality, even in the sun, is amazing. You can sit back and enjoy watching. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion

The perfect outdoor TV

You no longer have to sacrifice quality when placing a TV outdoors. The Samsung Terrace is built for the elements. When I unboxed this set, I was really amazed by the build quality. It sort of reminded me of the Toughbook laptops, only it actually looked good while being tough. It was a water-sealed media bay in the back of the TV with rubber lined channels to pass cables through – which is a testament to its IP-55 rating. Once I got the TV on, I was blown away by its brightness. I've owned Samsung indoor QLED TVs and this blows them out of the water with its brightness. I've personally watched outdoor TVs by Seura and Sunbright and this appears brighter. I have zero concerns placing this outdoors with high levels of ambient sunlight. Picture quality is night and day compared to the cheap set this replaced and is on the same level as Samsung's top of the line 4k TV. The anti-reflective coating was also an added plus given the frequent reflections that occurred. Amazing picture - everyone needs an outdoor Tv

We unboxed and mounted our TV on our patio today, the TV is very sturdy, has an amazing picture, and was fairly easy to deal with other than it is heavy being 110 pounds. We did need help getting it onto the wall mount. When you open the box you do it from the bottom so make sure you reach in and pull the top styrofoam out to get your paperwork, remote, and cord before you lay the box down and lay the TV on it! The back small square panel unscrews and hinges open to the right, you need to completely remove the screws to do that, That panel is where your cords hook in, power, HDMI, and optical input for the sound bar. The cords come out by removing these rubber stoppers and putting the cord in that spot so it is all nice and neat and the TV stays protected from the elements. We thought it couldn't get much better once we powered it on, until we added the sound bar which took it to the next level. We spend a lot of time on our patio and in the pool and this TV is large enough, loud enough, and bright enough to accomplish movies from the pool, along with not having to worry about leaving it outside in the heat, or if it happens to rain. Thus far we are super impressed with how lovely it is, and also the smart TV options, we stream most everything and on this TV it is right at your fingertips via remote because the Apps are already there, or via your phone which is another great option! You can also set it up with voice response using Alexa, google assistant, or Bixby. We LOVE this setup so much, thank you Samsung for creating an outdoor option!!!!

Where do I start. At first glance of this behemoth 75" The Terrace Partial Sun Outdoor QLED 4K Smart TV and The Terrace Outdoor Soundbar, you have to just stand back and say OMG! It's intimidating, overwhelming and so satisfying and it's doing all of these things at the same time. It's a beauty. For transparency, "I received this product at a discount in return for my honest review", however this will not cloud my judgement on being honest about my experience and so far, I'm loving this TV set up almost as much as my wife! Now that I have gotten started, first things first, the big bright, and powerful QLED 4K picture quality is amazing. We can literally see the picture from any angle. It's best suited for setup in partial shade. We had the perfect place already set up and waiting. The high resolution paired with the 240 Motion rate and HRD is butter smooth. We all know that The Terrace is made for the outdoors right. Well get this; the tv is weather resistant with a super tough and durable IP55 rating. You can indulge in all your sports, movies, etc., rain or shine, year-round and no issues at all and that's exactly what my family and I plan to do. We love it so far. This is the latest and greatest of The Terrace line-up so you should expect all the bells and whistles and you won't be disappointed. They have all of the smarts on this TV. Smart TV is built right in! You can mirror from your phone with ease. With the help of Bixby, Alexa and Google, you are in command. We prefer Google but hey, to each his or her own. How convenient is that, all of your favorite App at your fingertips? The remote seems to have been thought out. It feels good, looks good, and because it's for outdoor use, of course, it's weatherproof. The remote is called the OneRemote and is IP56 rated. Looks amazing! We connect wireless, sit back and enjoy with the soundbar paired delivering amazing sound quality. I will leave with simply saying that this is an amazingly innovative product and I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you want to add to your outdoor living space like my family and I have. WE love it and so will you!

A Tank of a TV!

The Samsung Terrace 75" is huge. It is built like a fortress. The build quality is excellent. It made for outdoor use. The picture on the Samsung Terrace 75" is excellent. The Samsung Terrace 75" is bright enough in daylight to be seen clearly. There is no glare that I was able to see from any angle. As far as the viewing angle goes, you can see Samsung Terrace 75" fine from the sides. There are many settings to adjust the Samsung Terrace 75" picture to your taste. Honestly, the auto adaptive setting is the best in my opinion. The Samsung Terrace 75" Smart Hub has all the apps you need and if you have a Samsung account all you have to do is log in and it will restore based on a similar model tv's apps, which was something I found very interesting. It made setup a snap. My only gripes comes with the Samsung Terrace 75" tv's weight. However, I have to understand that because of the need for protection from the elements, there would have to be sacrifice somewhere. It definitely takes two or more people to mount the Samsung Terrace 75" to whatever wall mount you will be using. All in all, the Samsung Terrace 75" is very solidly built and will be enjoyed by all for years to come.

A Solid Beast of Viewing Quality!

The Samsung Terrace 75" Television is a beast! It took two strong people to mount and a third to help steady it afterwards while connecting the applicable wiring. It has a HDBase-T connection, which basically is a built-in CAT6 Lan connection where you run ONE CAT6 cable from the Samsung Terrace 75" Television to a HDBase-T transmitter, where all your devices are connected to. Thus, eliminating almost all the cable runs to the back of the TV except the POWER, very nice. Once all the connections are made, the back door is closed and screwed back, sealing it shut. The remote is solid, encased in metal, very sleek and solid. The Samsung Terrace 75" Television is a solid metal frame, 2 inches deep. 110 pounds or so, heavy and solid, made to weather the outdoors. Obviously not in the direct sunlight, but in the shade it works great. There are no shadows that I saw. The view is great from all sides. The screen is the brightest available as outdoors the sunlight can be very bright. The view is good. 4k is crystal clear, placing the setting is auto adaptive and it does the rest for you. The setup was very easy for me. I have a Samsung account so I was able to VERY quickly use my phone to log in and setup the Samsung Terrace 75" Television. The app registered the TV, setup it up in the SmartThings app and even setup the TV profile for the SmartHub app from another TV. I think the whole process was done in less than 20 minutes. I was amazed. The Samsung Terrace 75" Television is a beauty and we love it.

Just got my Samsung "The Terrace" 75" TV up and running. I decided to attach mine to a movable cart so it can be pushed around my deck. First, this is a bright TV. You really can watch it in sunlight! I also got the sound-bar, and the sound is great. Hookup was easy, but it takes two people to hang the tv. This set is quite heavy at over 100 lbs and you can feel how sturdy it is. No cheap plastic here. Setup went well. Internet and app connections were normal and easy. I will add more details as I do more, but so far both the brightness and high refresh rate are great!!! I love the way the cords are feed out from a waterproof compartment. You feed them through a gasket after removing a "barbell" shaped rubber stopper. Frim fit. The remote is solid, and feel substantial!

My husband and I were thinking of getting a TV for our outdoor living space and low and behold the Behemoth 75" "The terrace Partial Sun Outdoor QLED 4K Smart TV" along with the "Terrace Outdoor Sound bar", and I must say that it was a great choice. The look and design of the TV is amazing! It's like having our own movie theater outdoors. The quality of the picture is very clear and the TV does a great job blocking the sun. I am also impressed with its capability to survive the outdoor elements without getting damaged. I am glad that it's a Smart TV b/c I can stream all of my favorite shows. The sound is crisp and clear as well. I really can't wait for the weather to cool down a bit, so we can invite our family and friends over to enjoy our new outdoor space and watch this AMAZING TV! dont buy it! dont do it. like many other people here i read the reviews and chalked up the poor performance to improper install and bad use; however, my terrace is truly shelters from elements and stopped working day 2 of install. have been arguing with samsung to get repaired. finally, the prt was available today (almost 6mo after failure). the tech was out today and was inable to repair; told me its a faulty controller and need a new tv. so if you want one that works right outnof the box and will continue to work dont get this tv!

we purchased this from best buy for $3,000 and it was installed 9 months ago by the geek squad. the screen stopped working in july. we cared for it as directed and kept it covered 100% of the time it was not in use. neither samsung nor best buy will honor the warrantee or stand behind this product. it worked for less than a year and no one from samsung or best buy appears to care. the repair will cost $2,000. it will not last outdoors under normal conditions. save yourself thousands and to not buy this television.

I use to have a Vizio it played well but still felt there was something missing . Well it quit on me after 2years.I go an as I'm looking for a new TV .My eyes get fixed on this one screen that clear as I've ever seen Everything looked so life like so crystal clear. The pic on the screen was of a creek an to see the water as it flowed over this rock it was as if I were on the river bank. Then to hear the amazing sounds it produces from the speakers of the very crackling of the Stream as it was forced to bend its ways an be split by the simple rock that pushed its way to the surface To see and hear all these sounds an feel those emotions just from looking at a TV screening knew then it must go home with me The rest of the extras Samsung offers on the TV I'm sure are top of the lines For me tho I've shared my experience of what sold me everyone has their own likes an dislikes call me old fashion but to have me drawn into the picture screen like that as if I'm right there this was a first for me and I desire that as I watch movies an such . this tv turned out amazing! we were blown away at the brightness and clarity of the picture. these photos don't do it justice of how vibrant the picture is. we wanted something to be the focal point of our backyard and this tv delivered! this is the 75 inch terrace. i was really surprised on how fast we received everything. within a day i received tracking info and received everything ordered within a week. we also added the mx-t70 and that thing is super loud! kudos to samsung on these products.

i think the other reviewers are right when they said this tv is not ready for prime time. i got this tv 2 days ago and as you can see from the picture there is a shadow like effect on the screen. i called samsung assistance and they offered to repair it. i elected to return it. i am responsible for packing it back up to be sent out. i had to have a friend help me unpack and hang it. now i had to do literally the exact opposite. it weighs 130 lbs. then i find out my refund is the tv price less the price of the $200 wall mount i sent back, the mount was included for 'free'. i've been a samsung guy for a long time, i'm beginning to think this.
