Walked in store. We were greeted nicely. We shopped looking for an area rug. We left only to phone later with our decision to purchase. Bought my first ever mattress here recently and it was an incredibly simple process, no hassle no upcharge or trying to convince me to get a more expensive item. The lovely store clerk named Marie was incredibly helpful and understanding, and she helped me find the exact mattress I wanted for my price range. Very excited to sleep on it for the first time :)

Honestly dealing with Charles the first day was great. He was super helpful and nice. However, when we went back we were helped by Karl. This was a terrible experience. Rude and quite frankly didn’t care about customer service. Definitely not the guy you want helping anyone. I was 2 minutes away from just canceling our purchase. Great stuff in stock! But customer service is everything.

Always great customer service and quality! Rodrick consistently provides information, suggestions and answers to any questions we may have. Recently our couch had a tear and was out of warranty. With Rodrick’s help, we were able to have the tear repaired for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Valley Furniture for all furnishing and appliances.

I have changed my purchasing of appliances to valley furniture. I can choose an appliance and it’s there to be delivered. I’m very pleased with Valleys service. No more Home Depot. I’ve had horrible warranty service . NEVER will I buy any appliance at HD. You’d be wise to go somewhere else for your purchase.
